3 Blacks Viciously Beat White Student On School Bus

How is it that the first person even brought up here, as far as pressing charges, The Bus Driver?

What about the Three Black Boys who Obviously need to be Beaten Like that.  To incite this vicious of an attack on a defenseless, white boy, this should be charged against them as a Hate Crime!
