My Brother came up this idea, when we were sitting in the kitchen laughing about something so rare neither one of us could remember its topic. But right after the Brain Farts, my brother said, you should start a web-site, and call it 5 second Video Clip. On this site, he said it would be a user sharing platform to upload clips that are a maximum of 5 seconds. These would be used for any type of Viral purposes.
